TULSA, OKLAHOMA – Mayor Kathy Taylor almost exploded with glee after seeing a PromoVision truck parked outside the Tulsa Metro Chamber headquarters.
“Oh, I like this!” she said, watching the signs roll up and down the cargo cabin walls to the sound of sedate classical music. “This is so cool!”
PromoVision owner K. Rahhal beamed with pride as he told Taylor what the mobile billboard could deliver. At that point a Tulsa tourism sign emerged, drawing more praise from Tulsa’s mayor.

it is about Tulsa priorities.”
“At a time when our streets are deteriorating, schools are failing, and crime is rising, the City of Tulsa would be foolish to surrender more taxing authority to the county.
This county tax is bad public policy. It places the cities within Tulsa County at the mercy of county government and diverts vital resources the cities may need in order to fix basic infrastructure.”
